RequirementsThe client wished to receive email addresses and locations of users to inform them when their area is switching to digital. The campaign needed to reflect the brands image throughout and be in tune with their TV campaign.
DevelopmentThe Facebook application by nature is viral. Being incorporated into Facebook it will naturally be shared by friends, passing on the message. Consistently branded within Facebook to reflect Digital UK's website and television marketing it actively communicates the message clearly to the audience through a viral game.
Being incorporated into the Facebook API it can ethically gather information on users of the application. Also allowing people to enter and share such details as their favourite TV programs and films.
